Your diplomatic and results-driven approach will ensure the successful follow-through of processes from beginning to end.
You will have strong analytical skills, an attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a head for numbers. You will also have strong negotiation, organizational, administrative, and team work skills. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required and a college degree is preferred. SAP knowledge would be a definite asset and a background in AP/billing would be advantageous.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED or 10 years work experience

Over ten years experience in management consulting in an civil/environmental environment, preferably in infrastructure asset management Bachelor's degree in related field, masters is a plus Prior consulting experience working with infrastructure asset management improvement programs (e.g., asset inventory, condition assessments, valuations, levels of service, risk, asset management information systems) Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a desire to continually improve them Strong technical understanding of your selected discipline Ability to communicate ideas and technical information in a professional manner Excellent people relations, negotiating and networking skills Ability to effectively manage technical performance on projects Willingness to accept responsibility for results in assigned areas Passion to contribute to the growth of business High ethical standards The ability to understand and adhere to GHD's values, code of conduct and policies.
